61 pupils and 5 staff from West Island School, travelled with Guerba Tours during November 2005 on three Overland Trucks.
There were an additional 5 Guerba staff. We visited, Nairobi, Lake Nukuru National Park, Lake Naivasha, Lake Baringo, Lake Bagoria, Longonot Volcano and the Masai Mara.
We delivered 60kg of clothes to an orphanage near Nairobi and spent a day in a remote Masai Mara village.
All the Guerba staff were Kenyan, and we spent all of our money in local shops and in local markets. We camped somewhere new every night.
The only change to our itinerary from 2005 was that we visited a local school near Lake Baringo and delivered lots of shoes and clothes to the villagers.
This year we took 41 students and 3 staff on two Overland Trucks with the same itinerary as the other trips.
