1500km of cycling in the Ngawa (Aba) and Garzê Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefectures. Most of the journey was between 3000m and 4500m above sea level with about 9000m of climbing over 5 weeks. We suffered one broken headset, 4 punctures and one destroyed tyre.
